Cascade Lodge - Central Bend Retreat

The location in a lovely area was marvellous and unbeatable. The rooms were wonderful and beautiful with 2 queen beds, the bedroom, as example. The staff was really kind and nice and made us feel comfortable.

Proximity to the airport, just 19 miles.

Cascade Lodge was great with its clean, spacious room and friendly staff. Although the Wi-Fi could be improved, the overall comfortable vibe was great. I appreciated its convenient location near shops, perfect for my road trip from Italy!

The location was easy and marvellous, not far from the City Center from-the distance to the city center as well as downtown...

Its staff are top-class, I loved it.

The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed that provided a restful night's sleep. I appreciated the nearby Indian food truck with delicious meals.

More parking spaces would enhance accessibility.

The hotel met needs well, it was a really really nice stay for the price. I loved the room, the bed was big. It was in the central location in the area.

I loved the charming decorations, especially the stained glass lamp. The staff were attentive and helpful, we had a comfortable stay with everything we needed at our fingertips.

A more comfortable lounge area would improve the experience.

I liked every detail about my great stay here during 1 night. Nice building and rooms with comfortable decoration. Huge bathroom with walk-in showers. The hotel was a fine base for enjoying a pretty nice area, adjacent to theaters as well as the center of the parking lot.

My stay at Cascade in Bend offered a delightful culinary experience thanks to the Indian food truck on-site. The clean, spacious room facilitated relaxation after a long day of exploring. Some details, like a leaky faucet, could improve, but the overall ambiance and service truly stood out.

Cleaning

The staff. The owners who are attending were not hospitable or attentive. And very suspicious when we loaded a Carry On in the trunk of the car with our valuables, fearing that we would steal something from their Lodge. 2 big bags were left inside. The owner came quickly to stand in the door of the room when we got into the car!

I was surprised in good, classic American roadside motel, the rooms are very well soundproofed.

Staff were unable to provide us with information on the region. Too bad!

Some serious improvements needed!!! Poor Wi-Fi connectivity made working impossible!!! An update to outdated room furnishings would elevate guest experience!!!
